Gallery Delivery
How will I receive my photos?

All photos are delivered via a digital gallery. Once edits are completed, you will receive an email with a link for your gallery. It will contain an option to down load full res and web res photos, for printing and social media.
Timeline
How long will it be before I receive my photos?

Delivery timelines depend on how many sessions are being edited in front of yours. Typically, galleries are delivered within 1-3 weeks post session. Longer sessions will take longer to edit (ie. weddings) because of a larger amount of pictures. I always strive to turn photos around as quickly as possible, while retaining quality editing.
Products
Do you do prints?

I do offer the ability to print anything that we capture in your session. If you would like products, simply let me know so I can provide you with the ability to order.
Wedding Coverage
Who will be photographing my wedding?

I will always be primary. If you desire a second photographer (which I recommend for larger or longer weddings), they are available for an additional per hour fee.
Cancellations
What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations happen! Sometimes things are just out of our control. At the time of booking your session, you will pay a non-refundable retainer fee. This covers time and if rented, any studio rental. If you need to cancel for whatever reason, please reach out as soon as you know. You will need to re-pay the retainer to reschedule and I will do my best to get your reschedule date on the books ASAP.
Insurance
Do you have insurance?

Yes, I have insurance coverage and happy to provide proof of insurance to any venue if needed.
Travel
What are your travel fees?

The only time I charge travel fees are when I'm traveling over an hour outside of the Indianapolis area. For mileage, I charge .62 per mile and if an overnight stay is required, I require the lodging fees to be paid.
Indoor Sessions
Do you use studio space?
​
If you're looking for an indoor session, I currently rent a space on the NE side of Indy. It's super cute and very well equipped. You can find the info here: here.
Image Archive
How are my images backed up?
​
Your gallery is accessible to you at any time. If for whatever reason, your files are corrupted, I keep your files for one year before I archive them. If anything happens, please let me know and I will help you retrieve them!
